Board of Directors & Commitees

The ECCT Board of Directors consists of 12 adults and 1 youth member who serve rotating three year terms.  Governance of the organization is vested in the Board who is responsible for the financial health and policies of the organization.  The Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm.  

All committees meet on the 4th Tuesday of the month at 5:30pm:

The Marketing Committee helps to promote the sale of tickets to ECCT events and shows.  The Committee often works in conjunction with the other two committees to develop new strategies to market and promote shows and events.  Members of the committee tend to have a background in marketing or sales but with a creative flair.

The Outreach Committee helps to promote ECCT and its activities in the community, and to maintain and develop new relationships with area businesses, performers, technicians, and volunteers. Committee members can do a variety of activities- research new ideas, solicit donations, create decorations, staff events.  Members of this committee tend to be sociable and people-oriented, with creative outlooks and a drive to put good ideas into action.

The Special Events Committee helps to create and execute fundraising events for ECCT.  Committee members can do a variety of activities-research new ideas, solicit donations, create decorations, staff events.  Members of this committee tend to be creative and full of ideas but also good at organizing and following through on an event from start to finish. Examples of events the committee works on include Purses with Purpose and Dancing with the Eau Claire Stars.
