ENTER AND EXIT
All patrons will enter through the main lobby door, which will be propped open. Floor decals will indicate where to stand if there should be a line in the lobby. All patrons will exit through the vestibule doors and the other two exits in the auditorium. These doors will also be propped open.
HEALTH SCREENING
If you are not feeling well, we encourage you to stay home. We will have an usher at the lobby door doing a temperature scan and health check of all patrons upon entry.
STAFFING
A minimal number of ticket sellers, ushers and concession workers will be on hand. They will be wearing masks and gloves.
CLOTH FACE COVERINGS/ MASKS
Everyone that enters the building is required to wear a cloth face covering in response to the state mask mandate. Free disposable masks will be available at the lobby door.
SANITIZATION
Hand sanitizer will be available on the front counter, concession counter and in the vestibule. Bathrooms will be cleaned before and during the show. Each bathroom has bacterial soap and hand sanitizer available. Lids on trash cans will be removed for contactless use.
SEATING
Seating capacity has been greatly reduced in the theatre, with remaining rows at least 6' apart with 4 empty seats between family groups. Ushers will be looking at, but not touching, your tickets and then ushering you to your seats, where your single use playbill will already be on your seat.
CONCESSIONS
Snacks and beverages will continue to be sold in the lobby. We ask that if a line forms, you remain socially distanced from the other patrons in line. We encourage you only send one person from your party to get concessions for the group. Credit card and cash will both be accepted.
INTERMISSION
The 90 minute show will be performed without intermission to eliminate bathroom lines (the bathrooms of course will be open).
MEET & GREET
The cast will not be coming out to greet the audience after the show like usual, and the lobby will be closed to discourage congregating following the show.
If you have any questions about your visit feel free to reach out to Executive Director Wayne Marek at info@ecct.org, 715-839-8877 or 715-271-3360. We look forward to seeing you!
