In this 1953 Tony Award Winner for Best Play, a servant girl maliciously accuses a young farmer’s wife of witchcraft. The farmer brings the girl to court to admit the lie, but instead of saving his wife, we finds himself also accused of witchcraft and ultimately condemned with a host of others.

AUDITIONS: Cold readings from the script- no prep needed

ROLES: Roles are available for a total of 10 males and 10 females from ages high school to adult. There are many characters of many various ages in The Crucible and some ensemble roles.

REHEARSALS: Generally 4 nights a week from 7:00-9:30pm.

SHOWS: 4 public shows at The Oxford October 17-20.
